I know its a few months away but I thought I would start a thread for Nov 2020! My date is 11/9! Looking forward to starting my new journey, hoping Covid doesn't screw stuff up!

I hit 299 lbs this morning after being stalled for 3 months. My body really didn't want to go below 300.

I'm down over 110 lbs since surgery and still have a lot more to go but my doctor said my progress is normal and apparently I'm just more of a slow and steady loser so this should continue. Overall feeling great!

Its been 4 years since my surgery, and what a ride it has been.

I have had ups and downs, and now I am trying to work on myself a little mor and loose some more.
I had my tummytuck done in April and in three weeks I will have my inner tight surgery.

To keep the weight down I have used Ozempic and Wegovy.

Would be fun to hear if anyone is still around and how have your been since surgery!
