Hi I’m new to this website. Didn’t know it even existed. So happy I ran across my accident.

I don’t know about y’all but any food/foods I eat gives me gas something awful. I see that this website sells their own food. Does this food give you gas?

Thanks in advance for answering my question.

Are you eating foods with sugar alcohol? Because if I have any excess of sugar alcohol I get really bad gas. All day. No matter what I eat after the fact. You might just have something in your diet that has an excess of sugar alcohol or something else that your stomach doesn't handle well.

Welcome. It’s a great site. A wealth of information & support.

What stage are you at? What surgery did you have/are you having? Have you cut out/reduced your intake of carbonated drinks? Have you reduced your carb intake?

I generally eat fresh foods I prepare myself, avoiding a lot of carbs & sugar. (Also I don’t eat any spicy foods but that’s because I’m very sensitive to chilli & curry blends.) Amusingly, I hardly have any wind at all now. Though I thought I’d try adding chia seeds to my diet & that gave me terrible gas as do beans so they’re off my diet - unless I know I won’t be interacting with others for a couple of days?.
