Panniculectomy/Thigh Lift Info?

Hello. I really want to have this 'apron' of abdominal flab cut OFF...also the upper, inner thigh area. Without those areas, my God, I'd be totally...!!!!...even at six years out.

I'm not afraid of anesthesia; it's the pain I don't want. Also...curious about the post-op scars. I don't want the "belt lipectomy' because I don't want the scars on the sides. Any info and/or photos...I'd appreciate. Thank you.
