Stomach pains

I’m doing my pre op diet and I been having stomach and lower back pain I don’t know if it’s gas or because I have not really had a bowel movement any suggestions on how to help and is it normal during this stage.

    Same here. I took a probiotic and that helped moved things along but it’s been tough with the stomach and gas pains. ?
