Craving food and PB'ing

I don't know what is wrong with me this week. I can't stop thinking about food, wanting food, etc. It's constantly on my mind. I hope it's just a bad week.

I recently had another fill and I'm pretty tight, so any excess food will cause PB'ing...which I have been doing almost on a daily basis.

HELP!

I feel like I am going to blow it if I don't get a handle on this.

Mary, how much food can you consume? Do you need to slow down? There are 2 types of tight. Tight to liquids and tight to solids. If you feel you are too tight for solids and are not comfortable eating more soft foods then you need a slight unfill. If you can do liquids and no mushies you need a slight unfill. Good luck.

Thanks Julie.

I think I was a little too tight, that was why I was craving food so much, I just wasn't getting enough to eat.

It feels like it is loosening up a bit.

thanks again!
