Excited

I went to WW yesterday and was in total shock. First of all I was down 7.8 lbs for the week. Now the truth is that the week before I had a gain of .2 which I thought was pretty good since I had just had surgery. I was sick this week but I think the 7.8 isn't too bad.

What made me excited though was that I looked at my weight since I started this journey.

Check out my weight ticker!!! :)

Just wondering, do you follow ww points or core?

I have always followed points. Right now I'm just going for weigh-ins and lecture. I'm really just eating what I feel will work with the band. I'm not sure how to approach the whole thing. I guess the core plan would really work best since it's really what the band eating is about.
