Those of us with postponed surgery

Thinking of all who unfortunately were so close to surgery. How are you all coping with extended indefinite postponement due to Coronavirus pandemic? Are you struggling with not regaining weight? The weekend after my surgery date postponed I went on a binge, grazing all day for a few days. Fortunately, I did not have any "bad food" in my cupboards/fridge/freezer. So I was eating only foods on my diet. I gained 2 pounds over a week but getting back on track today, eating my 3 meals and 2 Snacks instead of grazing.

Hi over 65. Hope you are well and safe. I’ve been eating super clean. Lost a few lbs since I began to WFO. It’s been 2 weeks. I was schedule for surgery 4/9 which of course has been cancelled. I only have a 2 day preop diet before surgery and figure I should lose 8 to 10 more lbs on my on before surgery in the summer. Glad you’re working on eating healthier.
