Pre op , stretch marks ugh

I have a fair amount of stretch marks on my body already .. across my mid body, along my upper back, my belly ( child birth), and my breast... please tell me ladies and gentleman.. once I lose weight how bad is it gonna be .. so I can mentally prepare for all these changes. Thanks fo the support ! ( stats I’m 5”3, 200, carry my weight in my belly)

Most of mine have faded away, but my children are 21 and 25.

I feel they are less noticeable after the weight loss, they’re still there but once it’s just lose jiggly belly they’re more skin colored. Plus you can’t see them at all in a pair of nice high waisted stretch pants
