kickboxing

Ok so I am taking this workout class through my school and you go through different types of popular workouts. I love kickboxing! It was challenging but it kept me entertained. Does anyone have any recomendations as to videos I can buy to continue to kickbox. Thanks!

I have been thinking about doing either kickboxing or jazzercise. I just want something that is fun and 'diiferent.'

Kickboxing is awesome! I think the best part of it is being in the class with others and feeling all that energy. That being said, I used to do Tae Bo, which is a good workout. There are SO many videos out there...here is an idea. If you have Netflix or a decent video shop by you, try several out w/o having to buy one you don't like. Netflix is always listing their new ones they offer along with yoga, pilates, etc. Worth a try!

I LOVE JAZZERCISE!!! It's the most fun kind of exercise ever, especially if you have a great instructor. And you can vary the intensity to match your fitness level. Good for anyone!
