To Whey or Whey not?

Has anybody noticed more inflammation when using whey protein?

Hmmmm I don’t think that I have. I do have arthritis in several areas of my body. Not sure if whey makes it worse or not.

Nope I love protein shakes everyday 3x a day you may have a reaction or lactose issues

Has anybody noticed more inflammation when using whey Protein?

Intresting question.
I avoided milk products for years for this reason and ive been mostly using Now brand pea protein for shakes. Still having arthritis pain so im not really sure if it was whey but i do know the pea protein is easier on my digestion.
