Need No gym options

It rains a lot where I live (2-3 days a week). I need ideas for exercise that does not require gym membership or purchasing home equipment.

No equipment like PELETON, treadmill, etc.

I have total knee replacement and arthritis in ankles. Also have severe sciatica/low back pain.

I don't have cable but do have Roku streaming device. Not interested in paying $10-15 a month. I can get gym membership for that.
