Anyone know where I can go to get this measured properly. I’ve tried my gym and my dr office and neither have that special scale.

You can buy a scale that does a rudimentary job of giving your stats - fat, water, bone, etc. As long as you use the same one then the results should be good for comparison sake. There are also handheld versions. They work by sending electrical signals through your body and measuring resistance.

For me the one linked below would be cheaper than a gym or doctor visit.

I’ve bought two so far and both seem inaccurate unfortunately. I did find a place locally after doing some digging and found a place that does bodpod for $35.
