Can anyone help me ? I’m trying to order from the Bariactric Store, I created an account , got my items in my cart ,and can’t get any further . It’s not taking me to the checkout, what am I doing wrong?

I couldn’t find how to get into chat either

Im hopeless on some of these sites ?I emailed them and they said I can ring them , which I did earlier ....well......I thought I did , but rang a wrong

I think the site was having problems. You don't "go into chat." Rather, you go shopping in the store and in the lower right corner of the screen (I'm on a desktop), there's a chat button and you click it and it opens a chat window.
