Walk walk walk

Take you some gas-x. Honey, I've been chewing those things since before I was in the hospital Monday, and I'm still taking them. I remembered how bad that pain was so I made sure to bring my chewables with me. I totally understand. It will pass soon, and yes, please do walk. Once the gas passes you will feel a lot better, but then you'll really feel the pain of the surgery so don't walk too fast nor to far. You don't want to over do it. i.e. walk to bathroom then rest, walk to kitchen, rest, etc.
