It’s starting to get real.

Had an appointment with my surgeon today, he wants me to start the pre-op diet Saturday. RNY scheduled December 09, 2019. I’ve been dieting and eliminating foods for the last 7 months and consider it successful journey so far. I’ve lost 62 pounds now, but I still have a 114 pounds to go before I reach my goal. Just praying I’ve made the right decision.

RNY is the best I'll be 4 weeks out Monday.. Down 25lbs since surgery and 90lbs since I started my journey. 30lbs from my dietitian goal but could possibly lose 40 if I really work hard

  • I'm almost 5 months out from rny and I'm down 112 lbs since pre surgery. I have zero regrets. I am in love with the person I'm becoming. Good luck!

  • you made the right decision! Although buyer's remorse is pretty common the first few weeks, once you get a month or two out (and maybe sooner), you'll realize that you made a GREAT decision! I don't

Thanks it’s appreciated. Hoping I do as well as you have.
