    Pre-op meal plans and after , I am not finding alot of information on them, also what has been your biggest challenge, and how much weight have you lost and kept off ? Sorry I have a lot of questions

    My preop meal plan was drink protein shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a sensible dinner with healthy protein choice. No snacks. I did that for 2 weeks prior to surgery. Biggest challenge was 2 weeks post op liquid diet. I have lost 32 pounds since surgery on 9/24/19. Still learning but definitely have a great understanding of what is required of me.
