Water in protein

Hi everyone!

I’ve got a quick question about mixing up protein powders. I bought the sampler of the syntax and several of them are fruity flavors. The directions say to mix them with water which makes sense but it also says to add 8-16 ounces. I tried it, but good gravy! It is much too strong. I’m a plain water drinker, and this is overpowering. About the only way I can manage it is to mix the packet in at least 22-24 ounces. Do y’all think this is okay?

nope - it just means you're getting even more water, which is never a bad thing!
