Protein shakes?

Hi everyone,

I see alot of people writing about having protein shakes for breakfast. What kind is everybody having? Any feedback would be great. They sound like such a good idea. Also what about some with lower sugar.

As for me I am drinking Nestle Nesvital for breakfast. It has 34 grams of protien and 12 vit and 12 minerals. But sometimes I drink slimfast.

I have been using Body Fortress Whey Protein, from Walmart. The choclate is great and with skim milk, its low in everything but protein... over 46 gms

I use the Atkins Shakes blended with some ice and fruit. Sometimes for lunch, I'll go to jamba juice (Jamba Juice) for a smoothie-- lots of protein, but beware of high carbs and calories. Their "med" size will take about 2 hours for me to drink-- very very filling.

I have used GNCs soy based as well as milke based protein shakes. They have roughly 30 grams of protein when taken with a cup of milk. They are really good.
