Will Be Banded No More

So, I had my band removed Friday. Insurance required I stay overnight for observation. Just a little sore moreso on the left side where my port was. I dont feel any different other than no resistance at all. Looking forward to my next journey,

What made you have your band removed ? im thinking of having revision surgery to bypass due to continuing problems and dificulty eating , its bad enough at home but when i go out with friends or family who dont know about my band i get anxious and generally struggle , good luck with your new journey

I was having issues acid reflux, sleeping with CPAP would wake up choking from reflux also had sband since 2004, I was no longer losing weight and was just not happy with the band. Also had hiatal hernia. I feel so much better sore but better. Just discomfort where the port was.
