Hi, Christina, and welcome! Sorry you're struggling. You could find an app like Baritastic or my fitness pal to log and track your food. They have nutritional information. I use Baritastic. It

It does sound like too many carbs in the evening, you're right! Your breakfast sounds great. Is there any way with your job that you could have a morning and afternoon snack of like 100 calories? T

Hey everyone, so my name is Christina and I about almost 8years out. I have been having trouble losing ever since my gall bladder that I had to have removed about 6 years ago. I was able to get down to 245 but then found out that I was pregnant with my first son. Now he is 3 years old and I am constantly fluctuating between 250 and 260. I hardly ever work out due to me being the only one in our household that works. I normally get about 6000-7000 steps per 8hour shift and when I get home I am so worn out I head straight to bed. I haven't been able to find real nutrition values and every time I ask the nutritionalist at the doctor's office they always act as if I am a pain and they tell me to follow a book they gave us at the very beginning. I hate to say it but I have moved 6 times within the past 7 years. So I am looking for a buddy or some type of help.
