Update on my journey

Sleeved on 4/30...Follow-up app on 5/16. Upgraded to phase II pureed/soft diet... My Dr. Said lots of protein. Tuna chicken fish yogurt cottage cheese eggs...protein premier shakes as meal replacements..so that was my shopping list...I am 30lbs down..

Still having pain in my lower abdomen..Doc says it's a muscle being pulled due to the surgery... Pain has eased up alot but still has me out of work for 2 more weeks..n I'm ok with that.. health first...I'm literally getting full with 2oz of wat ever I eat e.g. jello cups, popsicles,...Today I will attempt a brisk walk on my treadmill...doc approved...

How is everyone else doing?
