I am HORRIBLE about taking my Vitamins. So many pills and they fill me up soooooo much. So I recently got the tespo Vitamin dispenser with the bariatric vitamin bundle....tastes soooo good and will make it soooo much easier to take my vitamins!

I have a Tespo on the way! My husband is terrible with pills so I thought that it might help him to get them in each day!

Glad you like the bariatric Tesoo vitamins. I actually threw my machine away (after trying to sell it) because I couldn't stand the taste! It's a clever little machine though!

I actually took my vitamins every day for 31 days, that is the first time it's happened on probably 2 years or more. And I can feel my energy again. The pills were just too much I hated taking them. This made all the difference.

So you do the bariatric twice a day and the regular women’s multi once a day at the same time at the bariatric? I noticed it has the calcium in it so I’m guessing we can’t use it until a month post op
