I am HORRIBLE about taking my vitamins. So many pills and they fill me up soooooo much. So I recently got the tespo vitamin dispenser with the bariatric vitamin bundle....tastes soooo good and will make it soooo much easier to take my vitamins!

Glad you can tolerate the flavor. I had the Tespo and hated the flavor. Threw my machine in the trash!!

I figured the long term affects from not taking my vitamins the way I should or ever would far outweigh the cost for me. Just had to cut back on something small after that first initial investment.

I actually don't mind the flavor...would I drink a whole glass No....but a quick shot....I can handle and be done ?
