5 day post op

Still not feeling myself.Able to get protein in but only half of fluids because I get full quickly. Haven't had BM in a week even after suppository Sat with no results. What I'm i doing wrong?

Strength coming back slowly . Still can't get recommended Protein and fluids in.

Drink gatorade zero or propel with no calories. They have electrolytes n will help get u on track. I was so nauseous n thought of drinking water made me sick. Drink drink drink n take it easy

I'm day 3 post op from rny, and I'm wrung out beyond imagining. The pain meds certainly aren't helping with the tiredness. I'm getting about 2/3 of my fluid requirements and about 1/3 of my protein. My RD said my main goal for the first 2 weeks is about fluids.. to focus on that and the rest will fall into place. I am going to try the Gatorade zero suggestion as I'm sick of water.
