I was banded on 11/14 and I have this air trapped in my diaphragm. I have a lot of soreness to be expected inside my stomach under my incisions, but I can deal with that. It's this air that keeps moving up and it feels like my ribs are breaking. Any suggestions on how to get this up. They nurse tells me I have to burp but not to push it up. What the hell does that mean???!!!???
I would love some help. :help:
