Post-op Sternum pain w/o gallbladder

Hello everyone this is my first time on here. My question is that i am having pain since Friday right below my breast bone like my sternum area it is tender to the touch and hurts whenever i move it gets worse when i eat almost to the point where i cant move. I already have had my gallbladder out before i had my bypass surgery. I recently had 3 ulcers but my last scope showed that those had cleared up about a week ago. I am 5 months post op and have lost 116lbs. I am completely stumped on what could be causing this pain. If anyone has had anything similar or if they know any information about this please share as i am very frustrated.
