Well after a beautiful 2 years and 7 months relationship with my band I had to get the fluid removed for medical reasons. I am being told to eat enough to prepare my body for what is to come.. I am worried about putting the weight back on. I am seriously considering ‘ a Keto diet’. Any advise.
