What are you all doing for arthritis pain heel pain and stiffness ?

For my severe knee arthritis I received bilateral steroid injections and they worked like a charm. I went from being incapacitated to having zero pain!!

Diclofenac TOPICAL gel. It's an NSAID topical. Actually works. I also have Flexeril for muscle spasms. Tylenol sucks.

I second the Diclofenac cream, but don't need it anymore since my steroid injections. If you can't do the shots, the Diclofenac cream really does help a bit. Yup, Tylenol sucks!! Lol!
