  1. My appetite is out of this world out of control. I need help fast. I need an appetite suppressant .. what do you all think ?

  3. Feb 5th was my surgery date. Does anyone nausea often ? No vomiting but just waves of nausea just whenever. It feels like the dragging pregnancy nausea (women ). I’m not pregnant for those who may wonder. Lol. It’s such an annoying feeling. What’s crazy is it just happens whenever. Any info or tips ?
  4. Hello All, What are you all doing for arthritis pain heel pain and stiffness ?
  5. Please advise or share your story..I had bypass surgery on Feb 5th. I’m down about 35pounds and tons of inches. Anyway I have problems with arthritis and sciatic pain. So I know we can’t take anitinflammatory meds. What is the world can I do? Now this dreadful plantar fasciitis wants to rear its ugly head. I hurt every single day. I was hoping surgery would help me with all of this pain. Tylenol is worthless!!!! I am miserable. If I can’t get this under control my summer will be ruined there is no way I can work out in this much discomfort. Is any of this familiar to any of you ? If so what did you do or what did your doctor suggest?

  11. It hurts my stomach to drink the shake or water. I have only had a few sips today and maybe 5to10secs after i drink my stomach has this discomfort that last about30 seconds. Any advice ?

  13. I had to change to liquid vitamins the chewable one made the taste worse and it was like a thick coating like feeling all of the time. The gas is unbelievable. I was walking in the rain last night to relieve it. I had also taken too many different things to relieve the gas and that made it worse. My night last night was a very long one. I’m afraid to take another sip of Water thinking it will cause pain but I know I have to have liquids in me. Please share any advice

  15. I know it terrible ... Well did you experience a discomfort in your stomach especially in the morning after drinking water or any liquid ? Feels like it irritates my stomach

  18. I’m just checking to make sure this is correct. After wls we can never or should never have any sodas, or drinks with caffeine in it ? If so what do you guys drink besides water? The liquids with artificial sweeteners give me indigestion really bad. Any suggestions ?
