I'm not doing well

So tired. Went to the Dr this morning bacause I'm not feeling any energy, in fact it's worse. 17 days post-op. Have had to start metformin & glimeperide again. Forgot to tell the Dr I've had diarrhea since yesterday, so waiting on Dr to call back and see if they want to add more blood work. I'm wondering if I'm dehydrated? I'm lucky to get 45 ounces in. Can't stomach whey protein. Took one sip and started to gag. I may have to go to the hospital at this point. Any ideas?

Well I’m relieved to hear that there’s no leak.
Air bubbles are extremely painful, but I’ve learned that if you know the reason behind the pain isn’t something serious, it makes the pain easier to bear.
It’s the not knowing why that’s the worst part
