Lump on ribs after surgery

I had gastric sleeve surgery done January 22 2019. I now have a 2x2 hard lump on my lower right rib area. I just noticed it one week ago. Has anyone had this and should I be concerned?

    I have several lumps at incision sites. It is accumulated fluids that should ego dissolve.

    Sorry I said right side I meant left lower almost on my side. This lump is about 5" away from any incision! I guess I will go back to the Dr. to figure out what this lump is. Thank you for the info on the fluids.
