I’m down 44 pounds from surgery date today, and 77 from my highest weight.

Hey all. Was wondering what your weight loss is since surgery. Mine was March 12, and I’ve lost barely 30lbs. How are you all doing?

360.8 day of surgery (March 26), 318.2 this morning.

I just wrapped up week 7 post OP yesterday and have only lost 23 lbs. 234 on surgery day and 211.2 today. I've been really adherent to my eating plan. My only struggle is drinking the 64 oz of water. I usually end up somewhere in the 40+oz range.

I’m having trouble with water too. I’m also having major trouble with protein. The only thing I’m actually good at is vitamins. I hope this gets easier.

I was sleeved 3-22-19 ,I weighed 240 at preop diet ,229 the day before surgery and I’m 206 currently
I thk we all wish tht we would “wake up thin” lol but it just don’t happen tht aways ,I average losing 0.8 pound a day ,I had a stall at three weeks where I lost nothing but the belt showed I lost inches
7 1/2 weeks out and 31 down. I had a 2 1/2 week stall at 3 weeks out. Then very slow progression. I started working out with a trainer last week and seeing body changes but the scale is slooooooooow!
I always feel better after coming on here. Ive been stalled for about a week. But it seems I’m pretty much where I should be. Thank you all for sharing.

I’m down 44 lbs, but it’s been a struggle. I still have a ton of food aversions and still haven’t figured out the I’m full feeling and continue to take one more bite, which leads to dumping...I’ve done this three times while at work, so not pretty. LOL ?
