Never.

I was allowed all fresh veggies and fruit at 6 weeks

why celery? it provides nothing. protein is what you need to get.

Was just curious. Never seen it mentioned.

I was told never to eat celery due to the "strings" in it. The same with asparagus (although the tips are fine) and green beans I can only have french cut.

I eat all these things and they don’t bother me a bit. Although, nothing has made me throw up. I’m 11 weeks out from VSG.
