Just got home from my first follow-up appointment with my surgeon. I've lost 20 lbs since the last time I was in his office a week before my surgery!!(Oct. 29):peace::rockon::wow2:

He moved my to full liquids and said to come back next week and depending on how I am doing move me to mushies! That means mashed potatoes for T-day!!

I got all my staples taken out. Feels much better, but they do itch!! My incisions are closed nicely though!
