The past 2 weeks I’ve been eating around 1500-1600 calories, 120 grams of protein, 110 grams of carbs and around 60-90 grams of fat. I’m still losing; I acutely jumped on the scales this morning as it’s been going up and down over the past few days and I was hopeful I had found the key to maintenance however this morning I have dropped 2 pounds.
My question is what other foods can I add to increase my already 1600 calories, it feels like it’s a chore all o do is eat every day !
