Sunflower seeds

I rediscovered sunflower seeds! In the shell. Good substitution for chips or candy or other junk. Keeps me busy trying to get past the shell to the seed. Plus protein.

I also love them. I also much on pistachios once in a blue moon.

I love pumpkin seeds and it's what I snack on mainly in the evening.

Just make sure you aren't snacking on them all day - in one of my follow ups my dietitian actually told me to stop eating them because they have a lot of calories for the amount of protein you get and mindlessly snacking on them was adding ~300 cal and I was only supposed to be having ~500 cal/day.
