"My Surgery" stats on your profile

How the heck do I get that cool little info under my picture with all of my surgery info? I don't have the ability to edit it in my profile, but I can see it. :44_frowning2:

    i believe you click on your pic in the top right corner, and then select "my surgery" and fill in the tabs from there
