weight loss

I had my gastric bypass December the 10th so Monday I will be 4 weeks post op. My weight is driving me crazy. Surgery weight was 240 lbs. its been up and down today its 234.9 is this normal. I am getting my water and protein in . I hoped I would be down more than this.
