Portions

I’m 5 months out and still consuming 2oz of food at a time so basically I never have enough room for veggies ☹️. I do eat 5-6 times a day instead of the normal 3 times. Just curious what others are consuming at this point. Dietician would like my calories to be higher but said it wouldn’t effect my weight loss if I couldn’t.

Do you need all 5-6 meals to hit your protein goal? If not, my dietitian was OK with me swapping out a couple of my meals for fruit/veggies.

Not eating veggies would worry me.
