pain in right shoulder post op

Hey everybody! My surgery was yesterday and I'm home now but I'm feeling MAJOR pain in my right shoulder :( it's so bad I can hardly lay on it. Any ideas of what it could be or how to help it?

Probably gas from the surgery. During surgery they pump you full of gas so they have room to work. Very common to have it settle in your shoulders post-op. Walking will probably be the most helpful

Walking will probably be the most helpful to alleviate the discomfort.

Yes. It's from surgery. While I haven't had the sleeve just yet, I've had 3 abdominal surgeries sbf its caused from the air they inflate your stomach with. I've had the same pain as well. I would try icing it and heat to see which might work best. Hope you feel better soon!
