Off weight loss topic- women’s question.

I was diagnosed with a cystocele and rectocele. Had them repaired Tuesday 11/20. Has anyone else has this issue? Seems like it all hit after my gastric sleeve I had a year and half ago. I just wondered if anyone has had surgery to correct those and what your experience was. I’m not sure everything I’m feeling is normal. Dr compared it to giving birth but I’m sorry, it’s been nothing like giving birth. And yes I’ll be calling my girly Dr tomorrow to ask questions.

I have had them for 30+ years, when I went to plead for an hysterectomy with Dr Prior, the non- Feng Shui dude, he refused to perform my spaying for that alone. Guess I will die with them! And giving birth is still more fun, you get a cuddly baby ?out of the deal!

Now that I've lost a lot of weight, I'm getting weird "tugging" type feelings down there. I don't know if it's related to the weight loss. But, ask your doctor if it would be better to wait on a fix until you're at maintenance if you're not now. Good luck.

I’ve already had it done but I’m only 50/60 lbs from my goal weight so hopefully it won’t cause issues when I get there. I will say after having it done I was worried about gaining weight because I can’t exercise but it’s a struggle to eat. I just don’t feel like it.
