read these boards - gather a lot of good info., hear personal experience/stories too. Grab a book, watch U-tube too. - but at the end of the day, only listen and follow directions from your NUT, doc. and me too of course!!? KNOWLEDGE is POWER

I wouldn't go back to work immediately. You might be week/tired. if you can afford it, maybe 1/2 days for a week

per many- most docs say "you are not supposed to lift anything over 5 lbs for awhile" .busing and cleaning tables - you do a lot of hard, heavy work. (not sure if many OP appreciate you!!) but i think you are great, and luv ya!!
