weight loss

I'm on my second week post surgery. The first week I lost 6 pounds. But the second week I've only lost one. I'm following everything to the letter. Does anyone have any thoughts?

That 1st lump of weight is water weight from surgery. IV and such so don't expect to loose so much every week. The first few weeks will not be consistent, as your body is healing you will drop more weight on some days/weeks than others. Don't pay that much attention to the numbers straight off, you have to let your body adjust. Congrats BTW and Best to you on your recovery/journey!!!!
