Before and After

  • Popular Post

So...it's been a while since I posted but thought I would share a before and after. I'm down a little over 60 lbs. Feeling great and have even joined my local tennis league which is a sport I loved growing up but had trouble playing when I was over weight. Fyi, the Before picture is from my daughters wedding (I had a heart attack a month later) and the after was just last week after buying a new suit....from the regular section, NOT big and tall! Terrific! Great job. You haven’t updated your stats, have you? You’re sure not looking like a 30 BMI these days.

Congrats to you. You look amazing.

So glad you survived your heart attack to continue on with better health! Looking good! Got your life back with tennis too. Hooray!
