Calories & Crossfit

Anyone out there do Crossfit and count their calories/macros? Every time I go back to the WLS Clinic, it's the 1200 calorie diet. Technically, for my weight and being female, I should be eating 1808 calories. Currently sticking around 1500 because I overeat-and overeat like halo top or chips, which obviously isn't good. My lowest weight was 183. I gained and got back up to 215, dropped and was down to 188, and now at 198. I'm a hot mess....I'm mentally frustrated as to what I'm even supposed to be doing. Can anyone relate or help?!

I just returned to CrossFit and I attend 5 days a week sometimes 6 take Sunday off. I count calories /macros using my fitness pal
