I am about 3.5 months post op and feeling great now that I am close to 75 pounds down from my starting weight. Now that I am further out from surgery and weight loss has slowed down a bit, I have found that it is easy for me to want to "coast" and not eat according to plan every day. I'm wondering what others have done to help themselves stay on track with following their nutritionist's eating advice. One thing that has helped me is to create smaller goals. For example, I set a goal of getting to an 80 pound weight loss by my 4 month post op date. This helps me stay motivated to reach smaller milestones. Anyone else have experience with this that has worked for them?
