Just started stage 2

So I just started stage 2 (full liquids) I was told to try watered down grits or oatmeal. I’ve tried both today. The thing is when I take a bite as soon as it hits my stomach it feels like my stomach “grumbles” which hurts. I eat very slow and very small bites. Anyone else exerpierenced this? Does it go away?
