I know it will take time .. I'm just excited to see change soon and get motivated.. how's the diet going?

I’m bored. I’m having moments of extreme hunger. Have three kids at home I cook for. I wanted chicken nuggets so badly yesterday but I’m having talks with myself and keeping full withh protein shakes, yogurt, cottage cheese, and soups. Boring but looking at the big picture. Tried eggs a couple days ago and they came back up. Hoping to try again this week. I am waiting to see a big change in my shape and notice weight loss-as are the people around me I’m sure. I just have to remember it’s a process. Some people loose really quickly others more slowly. I have to up my exercise game as soon as my soreness eases up a little bit.

Hey Tyson has some, chicken nugget sized but no evil breading just tastes like grilled chicken breast. Runs about $7 a bag but it's a pretty good size.

How are you feeling? Any pain? My pain was minimal but I tried sleeping and my stomach last night n woke up a little uncomfortable.

Wear loose clothing (warm). Sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, protein shakes( I use premier from Costco), broth and extra pillows.

feeling super exhausted although today i don't feel as tired as last two days....but boy could I stay in bed late, lol. I think i feel a little better each day. I stopped taking the tylenol w/ codeine my surgeon prescribed for pain, it was so nasty going down and I only used it to sleep, so I'm 2 days off that. I drove yesterday for the first time, felt good to get out. Tomorrow is my day 7 post diet, and i'm thinking of bumping up next diet phase by one day....what the heck right? IDK yet. Sleeping and rolling over on occasion i feel a tightness, but nothing more.

I know exactly how u feel. I stopped my pain meds on Wednesday night they just made me feel tired. What foods are you thinking for this week?

my day 8-14 post diet list includes everything we can have now...broth, sugar free drinks etc and one protein shake a day--- day 8-14 list says you can add gradually watery oatmeal, low fat, low sugar/sodium cottage cheese, cream of wheat. strained cream soups-low sodiumbaby rice cereal and low sugar pudding.

doesnt it sound appealing? yum

My 17 yr old daughter is your surgery day buddy! She has recovered quickly but I'm concerned that shes not getting enough nutrition. She takes her medicine with a sip or two of water in the morning and is full for hours. I try to sneak unflavored protein into her soup and she instantly knows lol. I hoping we can find something nutritious that she will actually eat. So far syntrax nectar is saving the day!
