Any suggestions on a good app?

Getting ready to start my pre op diet for surgery July 25 and want to start on a good track for water intake etc. Can any one suggest a good app that will remind me every 15 mins. get busy at work a completely forget to drink or eat. Any help how you start on track would be helpful. Thanks

I use Baritastic, it's great for pre and post op, especially post op. But I always set a reminder on my iPhone, not the timer, the reminders just make a ding noise vs the annoying alarm. I know there is a some specific water apps but I like the all in one Baritastic app

Good luck! The liquid diet is like bariatric boot camp, you'll be great by day 3, I had a 2 week full liquids only pre-op diet. The first few days are tough, I'm not going to lie, but by day 3 it gets easier. I didn't work so I just drove myself crazy!

I also use Baritastic- its great with measuring food (with all nutritional info), water, weight, body measurements, etc. I'm pre-op and just started my liquid diet today, but so far I really like it. It also has a timer and reminders to set for when you're post op- reminders to eat, timers to slowly chew food, etc.

Baritastic is my personal fav!
