I ate a cookie ...

I made a fresh batch of Cookies today for my family and I ate 1 . That's it just 1 not the whole dozen it didn't turn into a binge ( that's easy cause I don't keep the things that I used to binge on in my home anymore).

It was a treat and I feel satisfied :D

The band is a great tool to help my own willpower come out

I love my band

:clap2:YAY, FOR SELF CONTROL!!!!!!! GOOD JOB!!!:whoo:

help, I just ate two miniature mounds candy bars from Halloween. Oh, well, there's nothing I can do about it now, it sure went down well, though. I should have spat it out in the trash. I feel bad now.

That is amazing, to have smelled them cooking and not just dived face first into the pile....WOO HOOO!! You have more will power than me! I cant believe you are still baking, my poor kids are in a home bake wilderness at the moment!! LOL

Well done hon!!!!

I feel like a 'normal' person LOL
